By accessing or using HeyMeal App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

HeyMeal App is an AI-powered food identification app that helps travelers identify local dishes, understand ingredients, and discover new foods.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Use the service for lawful purposes only
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology
  • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, HeyMeal App's food identification and allergen information is provided for informational purposes only. Always verify allergens with restaurant staff if you have severe allergies.

5. Limitation of Liability

HeyMeal App is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to allergic reactions from misidentified ingredients.

5.2 Payment and Billing

  • All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
  • For subscriptions, payment will be charged automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends

5.3 Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect after the current billing period ends
  • No refunds for unused portions of subscriptions

5.4 Refunds

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple's App Store refund system. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HeyMeal App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
